A Little About Me

My name is Brenna Stefanik, formerly Brenna Kerins, and I have been teaching in the Helena School district for 5 years. I was born and raised in Helena and graduated from Capital High. I spent two years cheering on the Beavers at Oregon State before finishing my Bachelors at MSU in Bozeman. Last summer I completed my Masters in Educational Leadership through the University of Montana. I have spent the last five years teaching a variety of subjects including Spanish, English, Social Studies, Math and Health at Helena Middle School. I am so excited to teach 3rd grade this year and to be part of the Jim Darcy team.

Aside from teaching, I love to be outside. I especially enjoy fishing, hunting, horseback riding, skiing, and gardening. When forced inside I like to bake, sew, and read.

I can’t wait to get to know all of you and I look forward to a great year!
